Bayswater Construction Limited is a residential new home and renovation construction company based on the south shore of Nova Scotia. In business for over 30 years, it is owned and operated by Ron & Veronica LeBlanc and has built a solid reputation as a quality builder providing a top quality product. The company has been a member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association since 1998, a member of the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association since 1997 and a member of the Atlantic Home Warranty Program since 1976.

Mr. LeBlanc, himself, is a certified R-2000 builder; a certified ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) installer and has the designation from the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association as a certified housing professional. Bayswater Construction Limited specializes in custom home design and construction, catering to the specific requirements of the clients. It is a small, hands on, company with a small but talented crew of tradesmen and highly qualified sub-trades that provide top quality workmanship.

The company has built numerous homes but has also completed many major renovations, additions, and customized decks. Recent projects include the construction of a solar home built on a remote seaside lot , overseeing the moving of an 100 year old house to a new foundation and renovating the exterior and interior to the specific design of the owners and the construction of a unique studio that houses a local business.

Treating clients in an honest and co-operative manner is very important and having clients happy with their project is of the utmost importance.
